Yes. The Community edition is 100% free with no trial period. You can use it forever for basic sending with 1 SMTP server. Upgrade only if you need advanced features like Smart Mode, multi-threading, or SMTP rotation.

Currently Smart Sender v10 is available for Windows 10/11 (64-bit). Mac and Linux versions may be released in the future based on demand.

After purchasing, you'll receive a license key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Open Settings in the app and enter your key. It activates instantly — bound to your device hardware for security.

Updates are delivered automatically in-app. When a new version is available, you'll see a notification. Click "Download & Install" — the app restarts with the new version. No manual downloads needed.

Yes. Smart Sender works with any SMTP server — Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, Amazon SES, your own mail server, or any provider. Just enter host, port, and credentials.

All data stays on your machine. Smart Sender does not collect, upload, or share any of your emails, recipients, or SMTP credentials. The only outbound connection is license validation and update checks.
